The problem of gas-water annular flow in pipelines

Hey guys,
Recently I got a problem in simulating annular flow in pipes using CFX, so I turned to LBM for solutions. In the pipe, both the gas and the water are continuous flow with the water circulating around the gas core. There’s also entrainment of the water as droplets in the core because of the interaction between the two phases. Besides, the Reynolds number of the gas core is as high as 300000. And what’s more, about 300μm diameter sand particles are also in the core but with low concentration. The problem is that whether LBM can simulate the flow field of this kind of multiphase flow.
