When I compile permeability, two errors occurred:
(1) Line 174 , iX not defined.
(2) Line 188, geometry defined again (first defined at line 172.
The two errors were removed. But “mpirun -np 2 permeability …” hung there after “Creation of the lattice” (if compiled with openmpi/intel compiler) or afte two slices were read (if compiled with intel mpi/intel compiler).
Any comments?
