Dear Marc,
unfortunately, I have not had any experiment on palabos software but that explanation of features of this software doesn’t mean it can simulate solid particles. But if someone knows that palabos can simulate the particles please tell us.

Hello Marc,
As of version 1.0, Palabos has a full parallel support for particles, including passive scalars and two-way particle-fluid interaction. To get started, you can have a look at the example program in
examples/codesByTopics/particlesInTube
