location of dam break in latest release?

I’ve just downloaded the latest release of Palabos (1.4.R1) and am not seeing the dam break simulation in examples/showcases/. Can someone point me to its current location or fill me in on why it has been removed? The user guide says it should be in examples/showcases/

So now I’ve looked at several other releases and its not there either…
