Forced oscillating cylinder

Hi all,

I am trying to simulate flow around a vertically forced oscillating cylinder. The O-grid type which I have applied to a fixed cylinder is also wanted to simulate. The boundary condition on cylinder surface is u=0, v(t) = Asin(2pif*t). Now I am thinking of that it is necessary to use a moving mesh and add an external force into LBE. Please give me a suggestion to understand this problem completely.
