I would like to know how to estimate the surface tension using shan-chen model in LBM.

Hello,

If you want to do it analytically - you can integrate the pseudopotential across the interface as it’s stated in papers of Succi or original Shan-Chen papers. I usually perform Laplace test to calculate pressures inside and outside the droplet and connect it with the surface tension.
