Lattice Boltzmann Method LBM: Theory

Dear all,

I have problems implementing chemical reactions in my code. I have written my code in Matlab and also I am trying to work in Palabos from now on. My model domain is a porous media which is going to resemble an anode in a fuel cell when I am done. I would really appreciate any advice on how to implement reactions in LBM. Thanks.
