Newer Examples, e.g. external Flow Around Obstacle : Please Help!

I am getting very frustrated because I cannot find any help online for explanation of palabos. Where can I find the explanations on newer palabos examples like externalFlowAroundObstacle?? I cannot find this example in the original documentation: v1.0 user guide, and I do not have any newer documentations!
