geometry conception

HI !

I have some questions about the conception of the geometry.
First of all, i wonder if its possible to create the geometry from palabos or only from a .stl file.
Secondly, i would like to know if i have to simplifie the geometry in order to simplifie the calculation and make it more quick.

Sure you can use directly Palabos. Take a look at e.g.

Palabos\examples\codesByTopic\bounceBack\instantiateCylinder.cpp

There you create cylinder analytically.
