it is quite clear that there is no virus in Palabos.
There are two possible explanations for this virus detection you see. The first is that the anti-virus detects a virus where there is no (a bug in the anti-virus so to say). The other possibility is that you have indeed a virus on your computer that is added to the executable when you compile the code.
