Different Grid Size

Hi Dear All,
Is it possible to use different grid size in LBM, for example, dx=1.0 and dy=0.5.
What i study mostly in LBM we use the same grid size c=dx/dt=1 (dx=dy=1).
How to handle wavy surfaces problems in LBM.
Thanks
Best Regards
Zia

There is one paper I know of by Bouzidi et al. 2001, Lattice Boltzmann Equation on a Two-Dimensional Rectangular Grid, which allows arbitrary ratios for dy/dx: Journal of Computational Physics 172, 704–717 (2001)
