About temp. jump condition.

All respected LBM users,
I would like to use temperature Jump condition for my problem. Suppose my upper wall heated, Tw=1.0. the tangential accommodation coefficient of energy, sigma=0.90. For upper wall, D2Q9 model, the unknown energy distribution functions are g4,g7 and g8. Then how can I use it.
If I write like the following way:
g7=(w(5)+w(7))*Tw - (1.0-sigma)*g6 and similarly others, where w(5) and w(7) are weighting factors.
Is it correct or not? I would be very grateful, if any one can help me in this regards.
